Pay your Way with ParkOMA

If you are paying with cash, lost your ticket or need personal assistance, exit through a manned cashier lane.

1. Debit or Credit Card
If you are paying by debit or credit card, use the “Credit Card Only Lanes.” We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

2. Mobile Pay – NEW!
Pay for parking with your phone to exit quickly through the “Credit Card Only Lanes.”

  • When you return to your car, use the camera app on your phone to scan the QR code on your ticket and open the link.
  • Select a payment and finish the payment process.
  • Within 20 minutes of payment drive to the exit, insert your paid ticket to the self-serve kiosk and be on your way.

3. Apple Pay and Google Pay
As a touchless option, you can also use Apple Pay or Google Pay in all self-serve exit lanes.

4. Coupon
Use coupon QR codes at the “Credit Card Only Lanes.” Use the QR reader at the bottom of the exit pay station prior to inserting your credit card.

Customer Assistance

1. Visit the Parking Availability page or download the FlyOMA app to view available parking before you arrive at the Airport.

2. Upon arrival at the close-in garages, look for the Space Count signs to see more detailed information on available stalls and floor location.

Yes, all ParkOMA facilities and products are designed to meet federal guidelines. ADA spaces have appropriate signage and pavement markings. Availability is on a first-come basis.

Yes, in either the North or South Cell Phone Waiting Lots.

Please be sure to track flight arrival times on the FlyOMA app. Overnight parking is not available in either lot, and vehicles must be attended at all times. (ParkOMA Map)

Vehicles exceeding the posted clearance heights can utilize South Economy.

Please note ParkOMA facility clearance heights before arriving at the airport:

  • The South Garage (including Premier and Rooftop) clearance is 6’10”
  • The North Garage (including Rooftop) clearance is 8’2″
  • The South Canopy clearance is 11’6″
  • North Economy clearance is 14’6″
  • South Economy clearance is 16’0″

Shuttle Information

ParkOMA shuttles operate 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

ParkOMA shuttle pick-up and drop-off is outside of Door 3 at the Terminal and at your vehicle.

When you’re picked up from your vehicle, the driver will issue a courtesy vehicle location ticket, so you can be dropped off at your vehicle upon return.

Monitors are also located inside the Terminal at Door 3 and at the ParkOMA shuttle bus pickup location. 

Parking Reservations

  1. Visit ParkOMA.com
  2. Select your travel dates
  3. Choose your preferred parking product and complete the transaction with your credit card.

You will receive a confirmation email once your parking is reserved.
If you did not receive a confirmation email, please check your email’s “junk” folder. If it is not there, contact the ParkOMA offices at [email protected] or by phone at 402-661-8260.

There is no fee to reserve your parking online. Additionally, special discounted rates may be available for those who reserve their parking online.

Entry Steps

  1. Arrive to the parking area designated on your confirmation email. Do NOT pull a ticket if you have reserved your parking.
    Find your parking location on the ParkOMA map. 
  2. If you submitted your license plate information with your reservation, the gate arm should automatically raise within a few seconds of pulling up to the entry column.
  3. If you did not submit your license plate information or the gate arm does not raise, with your screen on maximum brightness, scan the QR code in your parking confirmation email at the entry gate by holding it 6 inches below the scanner. Paper or electronic copies are accepted, but electronic is preferred.
  4. Your QR code can also be added to a digital wallet on your mobile device. To automatically activate upon arrival, ensure Bluetooth is enabled and Wallet Notifications are turned on.
  5. The gate arm will open with an audible chime.

Exit Steps

  1. When you leave, if you submitted your license plate information with your reservation, the gate arm should automatically raise within a few seconds of pulling up to the exit column. If it does not, with your screen on maximum brightness, scan the same QR Code from your confirmation email at any exit lane by holding it 6 inchesbelow the scanner. (red box)
  2. If your trip exceeded your reservation period, insert a credit card (green box) or use a contactless tap and pay payment method (yellow box) to complete your parking transaction.

Instructions for leaving the ParkOMA exit plaza.

You can still use your existing reservation to exit parking. As you exit, simply go to a cashier booth and give the cashier the ticket you pulled and your QR code from your reservation. As long as you entered and exited within 2 hours of the time listed on your reservation, you will not incur any additional fees.

If you overstay or stay longer than exit time / grace period specified on your reservation confirmation there will be an additional charge that you can pay at any available exit lane.

By reserving your parking online, you are guaranteed a space and your license plate or QR code will give you access to the parking area specified on your confirmation. The closed signs apply only to customers who have not already reserved their parking.

If the parking area you reserved is closed to customers without reservations, a ParkOMA representative will contact you prior to your arrival and provide instructions on how to access the parking area. As part of these instructions, you may be asked to call 402-661-8260 when you’re 15 minutes away from the airport, so we can have a representative ready to let you into the lot when you arrive.

North and South Garage reservations are valid for either garage (not including Premier). If a garage is full and/or closed, you may be directed to the open garage. Reservations for the North and South Garage permit you to enter either facility with your license plate or QR code.

Parking reservations can be made up to 6 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time.

Parking reservations can be made up to 337 days prior to your date of travel.

The minimum time for reservations is 6 hours. The maximum length of stay allowed is 120 days.

Changes to your reservation’s arrival time, parking area or a cancellation must be made at least 6 hours prior to the arrival time specified in your email confirmation. (Subject to availability.)

If your trip has been extended after you have parked, you can also add extra time to your reservation. (Subject to availability.)

We have a convenient self-service website to help you change or cancel your parking reservation.  You can manage your reservation by visiting ParkOMA online.  On there, click on “Manage Reservation,” enter your reservation booking reference and email address and click “Continue.” On the summary of your reservation, you can change your dates, your parking area, cancel your reservation, or if your reservation is already in progress, you can extend your reservation.

No. There are no fees if you make any cancellations or modifications at any time prior to your scheduled arrival to the parking location.

The entry gate may open once the license plate or QR code is read, as there is an early arrival time / grace period. If the gate does not open and you need assistance, press the call button or call 402-661-8260.

Do NOT pull a ticket if you have reserved your parking.

If you overstay or stay longer than the exit time / grace period specified on your reservation confirmation there will be an additional charge that you can pay at any available exit lane.

Once you exit the parking lot, your reservation is considered complete. If you choose to re-enter the parking facility, it will be considered a new drive-up transaction, and standard parking rates will apply. If you need assistance, please call 402-661-8260.

Your reservation guarantees a space in the ParkOMA facility and parking location specified on your confirmation email.

Your reservation is not tied to a specific space. You can park in any space that is available within the specified area.

Payment will be processed to your approved credit card when your reservation is confirmed.

Accessible parking is available for holders of valid permits or license plates in all of our parking facilities. Customers with accessibility needs can reserve parking in advance, but a specific accessible parking space cannot be reserved in advance.

Modifications or cancellation of your reservation can be made at greater than 6 hours prior to your arrival time through the online Reservation portal. See Reservations.ParkOMA.com.

In the event of an airline flight cancellation or delay within 6 hours of your arrival time please contact the ParkOMA offices at [email protected] or by phone at 402-661-8260 to modify your parking reservation. If your trip has been extended after you have parked, you can add extra time to your reservation online. (Subject to availability.)

No. The discounted rates displayed on the online reservation site already include any applicable coupon discounts, therefore additional coupon discounts are not available to use with your reservation.

If you lost your confirmation email, please login to your member account at Reservations.ParkOMA.com and click on your name in the top right corner of the screen. Select “Dashboard,” find your reservation and click “Resend Confirmation.”

If you checked out as a Guest, go to Reservations.ParkOMA.com and click on “Manage Reservation.” Enter your reservation booking reference and email address and click “Continue.” On the summary of your reservation, click “Resend Confirmation.”
